FAQ

For spin art and flow art we would like you to keep it to 5 colors. Too many colors will make the painting muddy. We are open to doing less than 5 colors if you choose.

If you are not happy with how your spin or flow art turned out, we will redo it within reason. Spin art that you want redone will only be allowed before the painting comes off the drill. Once the painting comes off the drill, all sales are final.

If your package is damaged when you receive it, you will need to contact the post office. We carry insurance on every painting that ships from us. You will need to take pictures and a video of you opening the package and give then to the post office as well.

Shipping depends on the product.

Spin art takes about a day to dry and then two days to clear coat and package before shipping. Within 3-4 days of purchase it will ship.

Flow art takes a few days to fully dry then another two days to clear coat and package before shipping. Within a week of purchase it will ship.

***Please be aware that we are not in control of how long it will take the USPS to get the package to you. Sometimes it may take longer due to delays in Post Office delivery times.

If you have waited at least 3 weeks for you painting to arrive and it has not arrived yet, please send us a message on our Tik Tok account. Please include your name, order number, and what size and colors your painting was. Please also include any stickers you may have had on it.
